transitions

So I’m pretty sure it has been established here that I like a bit of a degraded look.

This transitional wallpaper collection by Lene Toni Kjeld can be used together to softly transition one print to another seamlessly within a room. This is supposed to help in turning larger more free flowing spaces, which have become more popular, into separate rooms without awkward or abrupt changes.

Though I appreciate the artist’s intentions, I really enjoy it because it has a look to me of  look of wall paper being torn back to reveal a past wall state… Or the way concert posters and billboards weather and degrade in NY suddenly giving a peek to what was forgotten behind it.
